Is there anything like assurance of admission in a main school from a preschool? i heard that some play-school provides assurance of admission in dps gurgaon. is that true?

Yes you will get directly admission

As far as i know the guidelines of the department of education prohibit preschools to have a tie up with any formal school. this is certainly true for delhi, you'll need to verify this for gurgaon. best to ask dps 45, if they have some kind of a tie-up with any preschools.
